FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - FAQ

Following is a list of questions you may have about our African Wildlife products, order processing timelines,  shipping prices and Exchange policy.

What is your turnaround time?

We understand you want your products shipped out as quickly as possible. Please realize each tee is printed on demand – meaning custom printed just for you! Turnaround timing can fluctuate as a result: During off-peak months orders are processed within 5-6 business days and during peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days.

How are your tees printed?

Our shirts are printed via DTG, we use Kornit machines, which are the gold standard in the industry.

Shipping Timing and Tracking:

We ship to all 50 states and to over 200 countries internationally.

We ship domestically via USPS First Class and Priority Mail, package should arrive in 2-3 days.

 Internationally we use a service called APC and the average time is 8-14 days depending on the country.

Shipping Costs:

T-Shirts: United States Shipping: $4.00 plus $1.00 per additional shirt
International Shipping: $10.00 plus $1.00 per additional shirt.

Hoodies and Sweatshirts: United States Shipping: $8.00 plus $1.00 per additional hoodie
International Shipping: $14.00 plus $1.00 per additional hoodie.

Product Sizing:

Please review the Size Chart Carefully as actual measurements should determine your choice, rather than sizes purchased in the past. Sorry but we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing as every shirt is custom printed just for you.

Product Quality Issues:

In the event that something slips past quality control we will quickly address the problem as soon as it is brought to our attention. In order to receive a replacement product please include the following in your email to us:

 -a picture of the product in question showing the issue/damage

-the name on the order and email address / contact info

-the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie color, size, style, etc

Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and ship it right out!

All requests must be made within 30 days

If there is a defect and you don’t want a replacement a refund will be provided. Again, we cannot accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers needs a smaller or larger size as every item is custom printed. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
